If the building has vacant units when we submit an offer, we typically request the Vendor allow us to "assist" with filling it (that way we screen any candidates).We review the Vendors application process and screening practices and often will request to re-screen the tenants - we normally solicit consent while pursuing tenant estoppel certificates.

You will generally have to submit Proof of Funds with any offer, so be prepared to have transactional funding in place.2.

If you are talking about buying bank owned properties, why don't you get yourself a good agent that you can write all your offers through, he/she can get all your paperwork from you, proof of funds etc, you sign a bunch of blank purchase agreements without the specific property on them, you can call email or text your offer to your agent, and they can fill in a couple blanks and submit
