PPC has been driving traffic to my site, but after spending $500 on ppc in the last 2 weeks, I have only gotten 2 leads, one which is a mobile home in a rural area (unqualified), and one which is in a suburban area with code violations, but after trying to call them twice, I have not heard from them at all.

A contractor who left before finishing the completion list, lied on major electrical work that wasn't done correctly or up to code, water leaks everywhere.. and just an expensive list of repairs.

Have you checked with the local authorities on any outstanding code violations?

@Zenas Underwood as @Chris Mason mentioned above your lender might be more strict than what is actually required. 

For New Castle County mostly interested in the zip code breakdown, as in your second and third pictures. 

But good if your doing strictly rental.

These list agents have often been in the industry much longer than I have been so it must not be as common among strictly retail transaction realtors.

Pure hustle.....you're mailing, calling, knocking doors....talking to people...... lots of investors for example start with pre-foreclosures, tax delinquent lists, code violation lists, divorce lists, probate lists, etc.

Make sure you pull permits and meet codes.
