Not to say there are not crappy deals that get put under contract & sent out, but I think most have the right intention (or at least the one who are around for more than a couple months).

9 times out of 10 I get the reply of "you sent me the letter, what's it worth to you?"

They sent out official resignation letters to all homeowners in the email database and also turned in their information/materials (documents, folders, etc.) to the remaining board member soon after.

As far as copies go, I used to have them made until some high school dropout at the hardware store screwed up the copy and sent my into a fury.

I've asked people who bragged of making millions just on this technique alone, and when I directly approach them, I get sent to some convoluted website that occludes more than illuminates, others just clam up altogether.I'm getting the feeling that a lot of the people who make boastful claims, in this game, are just boasters.It also seems odd to me, that a person clear across the country, who has never been in my market, who never will be in my market, does their best to make sure they do not help me out, and in some rare instances, try to hurt my chances of success.
