I would appreciate any recommendation for a cigarette smoke detector that either can be checked remotely by WiFi or that has a memory function.

SFHthat's a robust market traditional listing and sale I am sure would work.. those that have trouble selling rentals on their own are those trying to sell 75k rentals in C and D areas. 

Once you get to 50 units, then you should consider a more robust software system.
