Can I get an independent umbrella policy through a different company?

Hello,Anyone has experience with/ knows any property insurance companies, that provides portfolio insurance on properties in NJ and/ or GA? 

The appraiser will mark the report "Subject to" and you will have to fix it and have the appraiser come back out to finish report which is called a "Trip charge" or cost more money.Unless of course you decide to go FHA 203K but those can be a nightmare of wasted time and stressful.

We used the “homeboy remodeling company” and the house still is not completed (almost ~10 months).

Properties go to auction Highest bidder wins 30 days later or so you get a tax deed.. depending on title company you may need to wait 1 to 5 years before they will insure title..

However, the self employment could (or could not) pose an issue depending on how much you pay yourself yearly and what you report on your tax returns.  

I reported the listing as fraudulent to Zillow, and they quickly removed it.

I am a 27 year old, born and raised in the metro Detroit area of Michigan, a former collegiate gymnast at EMU and Pitt, a current Manager of a CS team at a highly functional Sports Tech company, AND (most importantly) I am officially a new homeowner as of today!

Avoid any company with the initials NW...

Also does not take into consideration setups costs if not paid by the solar company.
