I don't know why the BP podcast still hasn't featured a guest that made millions by just sitting in front of his computer wholesaling MLS real estate deals to his exclusive list of cash buyers he got from a facebook ad.

I find this very maddening because this is a very important feature.

Between deployments and having been stationed all over the country, remotely purchasing and maintaining properties has its challenges but I am now in Columbia, MD and only a 7 hour drive from my properties.

I am one of five other investors (that I know of) that have come into the market because fo Tulsa Remote.
