I'm doing well on creating my team, however, I would like any recommendations for Title Companies or RE Attorney that can perform closes in the DFW area.  

She is now re married (Not sure how long this marriage has been in place) and just recently filed for divorce with her second husband.  

If a conversion makes sense for the investor, there would be the secondary question of whether to do individual properties incrementally over time or all at once.If the properties are held directly by an IRA custodian, there would be paperwork and re-titling to move the properties from the current traditional IRA to a new Roth IRA. 

Would anyone have recos for a Chicago-based RE agent who is willing to work with a new investor?  

Just wanted to re-ignite this thread.. has anyone worked with any quality property management companies in / around the Boston area?

I would just add that when I buy performing or re-performing, I run them through the same due diligence process as my NPN's. 

.- Ripped up carpets and re-finished the hardwood- Fresh coat of paint- Laminate flooring in the bathroom- Stick on splash for the kitchen sink area- Few other minor repairs- Brand new stainless steel oven (all other appliances stayed the same)After all of this was finished up for about $5,000-$6,000 I was able to rent the unit out for just above market average in my area.

I have been tuning in to different webinars available here on BP about REI in general and taking the first steps, like writing this forum, to fully immerse my self in the RE community. 

There was a point after I bought my forth property, I realized I got a little. bit over my head and went on a RE spree.
