Mailbox was packed with scribbled letters, letters printed crooked from a cheap inkjet, letters full of typos.

Then too, it's not trivial to print reports like tenant invoices between mm/dd/yy & nn/ee/zz nor a PnL.iCloud & Drobox  are not backup solutions as you can't control either of them an ensure they will be there if/when you need it - - if you can't put your hands on the equipment, you have issues waiting to bite you.Everyone is desperate to believe that portable devices subsumes desktop computers, but they don't.see my profile

Any problems with printing or connecting to mobile cell data?

As with anyone, read the fine print and ask what fees they not only charge you, but what they charge tenants for application fees, etc... sometimes companies shift costs to tenants (to appear cheaper to owners) and it only hurts the process.

There is almost no fine print on these websites.

You can also talk with your accountant about writing off other business related expenses like mileage, cell phone, printing, postage, etc.. 

It's basically an admin fee used to offset costs of signs & placement/removal, printing/scanning, driving, gas, office space, etc. 

I found a website: lawdepot.com that I believe might be a free one, but I assume after I fill it all out they will make me pay to print it.Sorry for this being so long and I appreciate whoever responds that you took the time to read it.

Not something off the shelf from Office Depot. just go on here on BP and print out one of their rental contracts.

However, by the time the material was printed, I had counted another 50+ tactics that I employ.
