IPhone App or Software to track Rentals

Greeting BP members, Is there a good iPhone application or online software to track Rental expenses ? While filing my taxes this year I had a tough time documenting all my expenses and hunting for receipts was not fun. I image their is a good iPhone app ( since the phone is on me the whole time ) that can be used to make this easier to track Thanks for responding

Taz Patel , I have been playing around with TenantCloud which has some decent prop Mgt features and is free for up to 100(?) doors.
