Base on this data available utilize business intelligent tools to analyze key metrics to identify the value of the house and identify if will be good investment.

I am wondering if there are some other /  better sites or software tools which would be more efficient? 

On any other site or blog, this would have boiled over into a ranting, thoughtless political debate.

We have fairly decent landlord/tenant laws here and they just fixed some of the loopholes and improved them a couple years ago, it isn't as bad as some states where a clever tenant who learns a few tricks can really screw over a landlord badly, but especially in this county, you have to know the rules and play by them because most of the judges are politically biased towards the "tenant good/landlord bad" side of things and will sometimes use any error to the tenant's favor.

However, there are so many tools out there, from Zulia, MLS, BP, etc that I'm trying to figure out which are valuable and for what.  

I doubt it, they are usually survivors in real estate, deal to deal, check to check types (which is okay) but they aren't the sharpest tool in the box or the top agents in your area, those agents would be losing money.

As a 25 year veteran of the lending world, both private and institutional, I believe crowdfunding is a great tool.
