Whar are the best tools for finding good deals?

Hey Guys,

So, I use Truilia, Zillow, Realtor and Redfin.com, amongst others, to search for information that might lead to a property which may have good numbers. City-Data, Neighborhood Scout and Rentometer are other sites I look at.

I am wondering if there are some other /  better sites or software tools which would be more efficient?

Also, I see a lot of sites that offer info on foreclosures etc. but they all seem to be 'Pay" sites to get full details. Which are the best ones and why in your opinion? Dose anyone use the Warren Group website?

Looking forward to any feedback from this wonderful community.

Regards

Lorcan
