As I've mentioned in our prior dialogue, my cousin runs a 20-something cabin resort there, and he was told that Airbnb is a liberal company that folks there don't want to support.

@Adam Myers - Yes, figure out the asset class you plan to play in, find the big players in your market doing what you want to do, go out of your way to provide them immense value, expect nothing in return and sooner or later, one of them will take you under their wing.
