Grove Resort for STR and Personal Use

We're looking to split time between two locations, and would like to be in Central Florida for about 4 months out of the year during the winter time. I found some units in the Grove Resort and have seen some varying opinions on here. We would be looking at close to $2000/month in expenses if we purchased the unit. How realistic is it in the Grove to at least break even month over month? I'm wondering if it would be a good way to spend time there during the winter and not have to worry about it for the rest of the months. Thank you!
