Can't express how excited I am that I finally GOT STARTED!

It seems there's not an abundance of folks in WV on BiggerPockets with whom to network, so I was excited to see your post.

Instead of determining a player’s value relative to its team (wins above replacement) can there be a singular numerical value that contains pertinent market data (appreciation rates, population growth rates, etc) applied to a specific properties intrinsic metrics, compared relatively  to a predetermined market size…bundled up in a singular value metric?

I created a mindset shift by taking on the challenge of COVID and using it to adapt, expanding into multiple markets and bringing in new key players.

I never wrote the details about why I was going to Columbus, but the reason I was a little excited about Columbus was I wanted to look at at an 80-unit apartment complex that was for sale for about $50k per unit and the property was 'right up my alley' because it was 50% and needed a lot of rehabbing and I've been a construction contractor for 55+ years.And...your 14-hours day ain't crap!
