When we listed that one it took 6 months to get an organic VRBO booking.  

The real question: When you have actually been successful in turning around a larger property, was it organic?

I started buying 10 years ago and for properties I bought 6-10 years ago, my rent has grown substantially and greatly outpaced the small tax increases I get each year as that is pretty much my only increasing expense so my % and $ returns increase each year. 

Just wondering if there were some small tasks that I could organize to be completed with them living there that would not be too inconvenient.

It would be great if real estate law firms, high quality RE agents, private and hard money lenders, different contractors (organized by the type of work they do) could be included. 

As far as comfort, I’ve grown to hate debt but I know if used correctly it has many advantages.
