I do believe in local real estate clubs or events that are about real estate and not sales.

If you aspire to become an investor, as opposed to simply buying yourself a job, then you need to look at assets that generate enough income to hire staff. 

Based on my experience the more of it you try to hide within walls as opposed to just running outside in the open the more expensive it will be.

Again, we understand there is room for improvement which is why we've taken all feedback into consideration are making several changes for BPCON2020.Here are a few changes to expect:- Longer sessions- More opportunities to meet and network- Centrally located space for exhibitors (aka not in a loading dock ;) )- Two events that ALL attendees are welcome to attend!
