Occasionally, I'll get a serious inquiry that will lead to a booking but generally, inquiries are either attempting to negotiate a lower rate or are scams.Unless your listing is dirt cheap, 30+ day bookings via a platform that requires full payment prior to check-in, are just not likely to be scams.
