Hello BP, I saw this in one of my FB groups and wanted to share this in the event you were affected - "I’ve worked as a full time licensed claims adjuster for years along with being a STR owner in Tennessee.

If you do the work yourself, you should only charge for materials.As Kevin points out, you have to determine what is "normal" and what is excessive and chargeable.

I wasn't looking for a monthly plan, I want to first see if it works for me so maybe I'll send through a list and take it from there.

I know @Melissa Hartvigsen invests herself in that area and works with investors in your neighborhood.

I work a well paying day job but one day would like not to although I wouldn't mind doing this "full time" later for "fun."

Got to give a shout out to a tax lien investor who had some random gmail address and went by the name Ben.So, one of the unique things about note investing is when you buy a pool of assets is sometimes a seller is closing out their fund and will include assets that have no value.
