Would families purposefully move nearby a magnet school? 

Before making the final step and purchasing this rental, I sort want feedback from some of the more experienced investors who have either invested nearby or in so called CLASS C-CLASS C+ and what to do.Thanks,In advance.Jaz Singh

The proximity to the city, the neighboring up-and-coming areas, as well as the existing completed and thriving areas nearby would help rental potential. 19140 Hunting Park, is a bit of a hike from the downtown area.

Sitting home this past month, which I’m not used to, I’ve been searching investment houses near by.

So that cash out of pocket is actually a little high but I didn't factor that in for my quick spreadsheet.A stabilized comparable one bedroom apartment in my area STARTS at 510 for a 1 bedroom at the one lowest end complex nearby and is 550-575 at all other complexes. 625-700 for cleaner complexes that are nicer than this property currently sits, but same location.

Is there a nearby military base (which I don't like at all)?
