New Real Estate Investor - City of Chicago

Hi All!

I'm a long time listener to the Bigger Pockets podcast!  I finally decided to make the leap and join the community as I'm planning to invest in my first multi-family property this year.  I have lived / worked in the city of Chicago for 8 years and love it!  My goal is to invest in the north side of the city (Lakeview / Roscoe Village).

Just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone!  See you on the boards.

Hi Chris!

Good decision jumping in the forums, there are a lot of really generous and knowledgable people here just trolling around for questions they can answer.

Your multifamily plan sounds like a good one, I hope you'll post about a deal when one comes up for you!

Cheers!
