It's a very beautiful, natural setting with deer, turkeys, birds, and butterflies on the property.   

Can anyone offer any advice, specific to the Little Rock Arkansas area, with hard/private money lenders, and strategies for finding great properties? 

@Walter Correia...if things get hairy, call your Division of Natural Resources office...I have used them from removal of 150 gallons of 30 year old oil...they had a Statewide grant so it was free for me...the company they contracted actually reclaimed the oil as well...

Both are hot water, one is natural gas fired and one is oil fired.

I'm anti social by nature , but I'm trying to fight that and remold myself so that I can do things like wholesaling .

But when natural conversation comes into play, as it does the majority of the time, I think it would be a great way to protect myself financially and further my success as an agent.
