What happens when I stop paying the mortgage payment on multiple properties?

Would it be a conventional mortgage as a 2nd home?

We are in the process of finding  a HM lender to finance  a lot and spec build.We have a lot that we want to purchase and already have the plans and have built this house numerous times already.One lender is asking to have a permit issued before they move forward.

We've even tried to get the lender to report our on time payments to the credit bureaus but they won't.

If you need a recommendation for brokers, ask around to other RE professionals in your market (commercial agents, title officers, lenders, investors etc). 

His primary mortgage was sold to a private lender in the early 2000s and he claims he had to give an explanation each time as to why he financed with a private lender with such poor reputation every time his credit was pulled.
