I guess the good news is that even if you are wrong and ultimately have to go BK, so long as you learn from your experience and don't give up you will still succeed ... some of the best investors I know have gone BK before in a downturn, and they are so great partially because of what they learned from that experience, but me I'd rather learn second hand from their experiences and never have to go through it myself, even if it means growing my portfolio at a more modest pace in the short term.

We've found that for most applicants answering 3 identity questions takes about 30 seconds (and, contrary to what was stated above, no additional account or login is needed on the applicants part) - if they do not have a credit file, then, regardless of the method you use, you will not receive their score and they will need to contact the credit bureau to establish a consumer file.Some other advantages of tying the screening to an online application:No need to have to re-type their information to get their reportDo not have to try to read sloppy handwritingTenant can pay fees upfront; no fees to landlord
