I'm hoping for -Sensors for 2 exterior doors, all windows-Motion sensor for main level and basement-Camera's on 2 exterior doors and on the 3 basement windows Would love any insight you might have! 

I could get an easement (may be one already but I haven't done title work) and put a little mobile home on there and owner finance.

Based on them, we replaced the (hard, uncomfortable) mattresses, installed sensor outdoor lighting, and addressed the cobwebs with the cleaner.

Would it be illegal to send flyers out to tenants living in an apartment complex and in the flyer show the apartment complexes current prices compared to say... living in a mobile home?

Sorry to be so late to chime in but i'm a newbie also. my answer to your question depends on the price you pay for the home and rental price. for example I purchased a 2004 1900 sq. ft. mobile home on an acre of land and have a total of 40k in it rented it for 1 year at 900 a month now I just signed a lease again at 975.00 a month. taxes are 1500.00 a year and insurance is 850 a year. next year I will have to repaint and put in new flooring in the 3 br's lr and dinning room that will cost me a lot.

Tiny house on wheels so can be moved.Rent lot to somebody with their own mobile home or RV, if zoning permits.Rent lot to people who want a garden plot.Build garage and rent mini-storage on small scale.

I want to take the profits into a 1031 and combine that with a 35K loan from my 401K for a down payment to purchase a mobile home park.
