I'm concerned because my city requires a landlord license that says it is ultimately my responsibility to maintain the sidewalks but I can't be driving there everytime it snows.#2) my other tenant of the property I just purchased has a list of maintenance issues she would like addressed and most of them are legitimate concerns.

As for taxes, doesn't matter an LLC is a pass through entity for taxes so there's no impact either way it will just be another expense for you to maintain.

Anything on Brickell Key maintained good value, although occasionally you could find a good priced unit, but much higher HOA fees, for much smaller units.
