Will it cash-flow, break even, or loose money every month as a LTR, MTR, or STR?

If I remember right there have been similar schemes in Spain and/or Portugal where people did loose their property.  

I got stuck on one of those one time for 95k.. my attorney got it knocked down to 60k and the market was kind to us so we did not loose.. but I learned you have to call the county for those they are not online..

Messiness and complaints won't show up on a background check and, depending on the landlord and how loose they operate, late payments wouldn't show up on the credit check, either.

The downside of this is some tenants won't call you on some repairs, in my case, drips under the sink where the U at the drain pipe comes loose.

Together we help people and we make a lot of money doing so, 2 days ago I bought a house from a lady who only has months to live...she was about to loose her house also it was in default...my acquisition guy drove out to her house to get the agreement signed and asked her if she needed help with anything and he ended up going to stater brothers doing her grocery shopping for her.

Further, in court you will probably loose.

.- Need to research and vet a proper attorney/ law firm that can assist us with the following items:      - Assist us with understanding the pros and cons of spinning up an LLC and running the rental property under the LLC vs as co-owners     - Assist us with creating an Operating Agreement for the property that details out all of our business objectives and plans including topics including but not limited to: What happens when we want to sell, what are the minimum financial commitments to the property, what happens if one of us gets married, what happens if one of us looses our job, etc
