Hamilton has 2 Go-stations and majority fo GO users still drive to Burlington to take the train as there is more service.

To think one can go in and take on a bunch of trades that have similar training requirements in no time at all is poor planning......Aces in their Places ya'll.

What sort of training program(s) would be most advantageous—and do such programs offer job placement?

Another house being only a few blocks away might be a good comp, but it might not be in the neighborhood is completely different or near things that can raise or lower their value (schools, train tracks, airports, parks, shopping, etc.) 

There is zero training or verification required to get a pet labeled as an ESA.
