Well said.The lesson here for any newbie or even seasoned investor is that gurus almost always promote "secret" strategies and the like which are not cookie cutter items for all investors in all situations.

Frequently in life we have the butch and sundance situation.Take a leap of faith or die.It sounds like you were there..............Just remeber that all you need is a roof over your head food in your belly and a family you love.What else in life is needed or important.........NOTHINGso if you lose everything it is a lesson life has thrown your way.You just keep getting up dusting yourself off and getting back on the horse until it is broken.Your best bet is to find a mentor.
