We did a Zoom one last month, but we do in-person for almost all of them now and they rotate locations each month.

Today was the last day the wholesaler was accepting offers.

I use that example since I just PAID a $750K wholesale fee last year to an investor who put in the reps, and had a smoking self storage deal under agreement for a steal... and I was HAPPY to wire them the funds.

Would have to explain what the reason for moving is and have proof of rental with lease, first month, last month and security deposit
