I would talk to one of the experts on here if you are serious about setting one up. 

I would expect that if you were to poll 5 housing experts in CA and MN, the 5, 10, or 20 year numbers they come up with vary greatly, and I would have very little confidence that their numbers would predict what actually happens. 

From an investment perspective, I’m interested both multi-family and self-storage opportunities (I have a little bit of knowledge from my self storage experience and I’m completely new to multi-family). 

I view these goals as well within reach considering the diversity of knowledge that my team brings to the table.

I got the course for cheap through a cyber monday deal and figured even if I didnt receive the license, the knowledge gained will be valuable in the long run.

For the last seven-plus years, experts have been predicting an increase.

No expert but 15% seems very large.
