Kitchen's LVP is fine!

So its not just in the windows, but even happening in cabinets in the kitchen on the other side of my house.

I would separate the units and make it a studio with a shared kitchen. 

Can we as landlords evict a tenant for failing to do anything our property manager requested to prep for hard freeze, which resulted in a burst pipe in kitchen and water damage (left water on to house overnight and didn’t open tap)? 

I am looking for 2-4 families, class B, light rehab (paint and carpet, bathroom & kitchen) with decent school districts.

Goes well with Shaw Kitteredge 577 Fog vinyl flooring that we are using in the living room and kitchen/baths where needed...combo looks current/contemporary.

Purchase price: $12,500 Mobile home bought in a 55+ community, replaced the roof, all new flooring, brand new kitchen with granite countertops and freshly painted.
