Good Afternoon,I am new to the Bigger Pockets community and joined roughly a month ago after a friend recommended this site.

Rentals are great in this area because of the fact that there are 3 colleges in La Crosse.I joined BP after listening to the podcast for a week straight while at work, mainly to start networking and to be able to ask questions or find the answers to the questions I have.  

You made a great decision to join BP.  

You can join them, for a flat fee and within a week you would be under their expansion rules of the SEC to start raising capital and co-manage the fund.

I just have to take the state test and I should he able to join under a BIC. 

 I was thinking of joining his program and they called me but I was hesitant because I was told to find a mentor to help me and even tho I’ve been networking and have been asking people if they’re a mentor or know anyone who can mentor me they always tell me to buy those programs that cost thousands of dollars and/or become an agent to learn how to invest.
