We are now beginning to look for property #2 which will be a multifamily deal.We have a long term buy and hold strategy in multifamily and single family properties with the intent to make generational wealth for our families.

We are not expecting a significant profit since we spent way more than what we estimated initially and also the property sat idle for almost two years with no income.

My main goal from this endeavor was to keep an invaluable asset (the house and land) in the family to create trans-generational wealth for my family.
