How does your process work choosing students in your property?

It could be no big deal or a huge expense.

The advantage at least of this approach is that I could walk away, and although I'd lose my 5% deposit, that would likely be cheaper than being involved in a  long drawn out legal process as I continue to absorb holding costs (taxes/insurance/maintenance, etc.).

We are in the process of going under contract for a fix/flip and need to secure a good closing attorney.

While you may be able to get away with not informing the county about the change in residency status, most of the legal residence application processes in SC counties to change your assessment ratio from 6% to 4% will require you to disclose if you currently claim this status elsewhere.

But the process of trying something new was fun and I would be lying if I said I didnt want to try my hand at it again!

I'm basically hoping someone can help with explaining the process and paperwork from A-Z.
