I Liquidate Distressed Low-Income Housing Portfolios, Nationwide
Hi. I've loved and followed BP for over a decade now. I've started in real estate I 2009 as a salesperson, and later a real estate broker managing 110 units for client landlords. By 2015 I had enough capital to buy my first property in Cincinnati. Bought next single family home in Tennessee 4 years later. In the meantime I'd been doing a lot of work with section 8 housing, and with friends and coworkers who doing residential-commercial investing. BRRRR has worked for me, but it's been slow going so I went out and sought a portfolio more like these kinds my coworkers have, so I can not just have cashflow but start purchasing large amounts of equity. So far so good: in escrow now for a portfolio 30+ section 8 homes valued at $6.5mm.
Thanks for all your guidance over the years BP community!
