We rent the other apartment on Airbnb and have been Super Hosts for over a year. 

The bank is willing to bundle our two rentals with a the cap on the loan at $250K.

The exact structure of the deal is that either I provide all the loan for a single home or a broker will bundle my investment with someone else's money and we both will be written as the note owners.

Antonio Gonzalez put up the property as a host 2 months ago in fact.  

After you've paid that fee, you have the chance to partner with the hosts directly, and compensate them with half of your profits of any deals you work on together.So...

Asking price of the bundle likely puts this lead above my range but I'd still like to work this / turn it into revenue.Does anyone have any tips for taking leads that aren't what I'm looking for that come in from my direct mail efforts and farming them out to other investors to still get some revenue on the deal / finders fee?
