He used to do small maintenance projects for the previous owner who was an elderly lady, and has he has lived in the property for 15 years.

I could have rezoned it residential after paying $$$ and going through the painful process but decided to leave it as is...We rented to a lady starting a daycare. 

Last year we have a lady and her seven year old boy who fled Syria stay with us.  

She is very nice lady but I really don't want to deal with headache later.

As my profile says, I'm an old lady whose been renting houses for 30 years.

i dont know what the adjuster lady put down. and the people she sent and hired aren't from a company "company per say" 

Takes 1-2 to hit the account. 3) Pick up for a lady who simply doesn't like mailing the check.

This was a converted old building that was at one time a hardware store - 2 story - converted into 26 units.  5 1-bedrooms, and 21 tiny studios.I rented those 25 units over 8 years and not once did an applicant mention they wanted a tub.My tenants were students and techies, mainly, and some other working people, one retired lady.  

@Peter Vekselman  was not insinuating your a wannabee wholesaler my point was I could  see wanna be wholesalers not running title and getting fubared at the end.I just bought one in Charleston again exact same issue.. wholesaler brings it to me... we decide on price.. only to find out the lady owed more than what they were selling me the house for .. they were bummed  what they thought was a fat deal turned out not to be I still bought it but at my terms not theirs. 

He kept asking me every hour if the lady has replied back and he was sooo happy that she hasn't gotten back to us.
