I'm looking for recommendations for general contractors in Or near Parma Ohio for a Rehab.I have Google lists.. but hoping for something more than throwing darts at the wall approach.. any one have good experience with someone they can recommend?

Down the road I'd also need assistance with restructuring my LLC and asset protection.I've googled and reached out to 7 attorneys so far. 

I would like to put it either in a google drive excel, a cloud based something, or on iCloud password app, but all of these are not secure.

I'm not an attorney, but a search on Google turned up Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 5321, which states the Landlord name and contact information must be on the lease.

When you place an ad in Marketplace, just include cities where you work and people will see it based on keyword tags.

Other options: radio and TV advertising, social media ads, google keyword ads.Generally, those that are good at drumming up off market deals spend a lot of time and money advertising in various forms.
