There are supplemental origination fees, inspection fees, safety buffer contingencies for the rehab.

I got mine to supplement my income and also to gain access to the MLS.

That industry continues to evolve (not necessarily in a good way for salespeople) and I want to find a way to supplement my income now with the goal of doing it full-time.Which leads me to my first question: I have some money I can invest to get started but not sure what avenue to pursue.
