You can add on more bells and whistles if you want (a fancy platform or website or whatnot), but people will still invest based off fundamentals

But to answer your question I think your idea is a little late to the game unless you have some heavy-hitting angel investors who can push you past Zillow and the other top dogs and wait about 10 years for their return :) I'm studying to become an agent, but I am also a web developer that is building an online community for my hometown (like Parkbench, but much better).
