Newbie advice on Duplex

Posted

Hello, I'm 24 years old and managed to save about 45k from my day job and my side hustle as a web designer. I'm just hoping to get any advice on a price range I should be looking for. I've read many of forums and countless of them say recommend about $150k - $200k but I'm extremely frugal with money and I know Id be able to manage something with a higher cost. For the last 2 years I've spent about less than 15% of my monthly income, if I knew I was a big spender I definitely would go for a lower price point. Play it safe and find the one with a lower cost or go for something a little higher but that I know I'd be able to handle, Thank you.
