The party negotiating for the bank is an attorney and is currently in the midst of some rather novel litigation against the property owner.I already plan to have an attorney that specializes in this field, licensed in my state look over the proposal before i formally offer it.Can anyone recommend a resource for reading up on best practices and/or precedent for such situations? 

In the future I'd like to rehab my own properties, but while I finish college I'm just looking to gain as much knowledge and experience in the field as possible.

i like to purchase a rental property. but i will be going into a new career field in an unrelated industry next year so i would not qualify for a conventional loan.....is there any way for me to still purchase a rental?
