It was never intended that free speech meant to mean not offensive to others.

While the BRRRR strategy is great in theory it is meant more for someone to do in their local area with sweat equity or for someone who has established relationships and connections with systems in place. 

@Brian Burke I'm glad you weighed in, I meant to mention you when Jay brought up syndicators.

Realizing that the first property doesn't have to be perfect but is meant for the momentum of your real estate investor career takes a lot of pressure of the first purchase.

I meant why would a seller sell to a buyer directly rather than listing with a broker?

It is an asset meant to be a currency but it has no intrinsic value, is not backed by anyone or anything and is extremely volatile.
