Having too many client (while working full time), while a good problem to have, could backfire with your reputation, if you can't handle the necessary responsiveness clients expect from us.

Not an expert here but maybe you should explore paying off the debt with the highest interest rate first.

Find a reputable wholesaler  in your area and attend local real estate meetups.

I've heard horror stories of people dealing w/ the wrong contractor so I'd like to avoid that by using someone w/ a good reputation.  

Use your reputation when you can.  

Although FB may be a useful tool for some newbies, I thought it would be important to explore all avenues and get some insight from people who have hands on experience and no partiality to FB.  

You can also get in touch with several reputable contractors in your area that specialize in certain things and get some reasonable ballpark figures - electricians for panel replacements, roofers for asphalt shingle roof replacement per square, etc.
