The trouble I'm experiencing in South Denver, specifically Highlands Ranch, is the averages I'm getting aren't enough to even breakeven.

I live in norway and almost no one know what wholesale is here not even the bank or real estate agents so how can i start with it and how do i find investors in europe ir norway 

@Sandra KimThe withholding agent (I’m assuming the title company in your case) generally should be remitting the withholding tax directly to the IRS out of the sales proceeds.

I have not experienced the AirBnB phenomenon that I read about.

One thing you might start with is contacting a real estate agent specializing in land in your area.

It looks like a great investment, and in speaking with the sellers agent, she said that the quad is fully rented with Long-Term Airbnb.  

I'd also suggest reaching out to a local agent in your target investment area - they'll have good referrals to provide you for your lending needs. 

My question is that if a deal has a mortgage subject to an existiting loan and a private lender funds the purchase of the enry fee (wholesaler fee/agent fee/cash to seller/etc.)
