Given we plan on flipping several houses a year, and we are creative types with a some limited background in interior design, we'll likely go with Option C and do it ourselves.I'd be curious as to people's experiences with professional stagers, and whether you felt you got proper value and return on your investment at the end of the deal.

The other crazy part is that the lenders didn't read the purchase agreement addendum properly that shows the deadline was for March 4th to get financing aligned, I had to call them yesterday to let them know.

I've never really dealt with this scenario first-hand (and I don't ever plan to), but I do talk with a lot of tax delinquent sellers who have back due HOA fees - and just for the sake of expanding my knowledge of how this relationship works, I'm trying to fully understand any/all consequences that come when a property owner violates HOA rules like this.
