It's much more rewarding to find a woman who is entrepreneurial-minded, or better yet, real-estate minded in your case, and you'd be doing yourself a big favor.This is 2017, where women have it EASY in the dating market and don't have to stress about the same things that men do - they have absolutely no excuse for NOT BEING AMBITIOUS and making a serious living to provide for their family - none of that $10/hr stuff that only really mostly young people should be doing.

You should probably be prepared to hear excuses and promises/time lines that will likely not be met.

The pattern seems fairly obvious.....lazy people make excuses and live for today.

I spent a lot of time on the phone each month listening to excuses until I would just ask them what we could do to help them.

If the lawyer starts telling war stories or just chitchatting it is perfectly acceptable for you to say (nicely) "excuse me! 

all of them are just excuses that enable them to stay complainers and not moving to the next level.IF you want to go to the next level you will always hear its risky (it is), Im not sure you can do (They aren't u and dont know your capabilities), the market is tough (thats good that means the lazy people aren't getting deals so you have to work at it).As the saying goes excuses are like buts, everybody has one and they all stink.IF the numbers make sense for you then go for it.

I will bend over a certain amount, but don't pay late because my bills need to be paid ontime and your excuses will not be accepted by my lenders.
