I've never really been at a job for more than a year except for the one I'm at now just because I have grown a bit here but I really want to branch out and try to do something different that will take me somewhere, plus I have a family that will be counting on me soon.

I do not own many other assets except the duplex I'm house hacking right now and hopefully this three family.

Hi @Anthony Portugal,Nothing jumps out at me, except that you are posting this on BP because your LO apparently doesn't think it's important enough to make time to explain it all to you... that doesn't bode particularly well for how it's possibly going to play out once in contract and paperwork is flying 100 mph!

Once they completed all the concrete, plumbing, electrical, and framing which seemed like quality work as far as I could tell, except for the several issues I took up with them, they got to doing interior work.

(unless you have a well-connected Realtor like my mom so I'm kinda the exception to that rule.) 

The tenant has the same rights as under a longer term lease with the exception being that the lease can be changed or terminated at any time.  

You are asking for an exception to be made to the rules of the majority of conventional lenders out there.

With a few exceptions that I do not believe will be applicable here.
