All of the perma-bears who bet against rising prices in Austin have have spent the last 10+ years hanging their heads in shame as those who bought at any point since the last recession have enjoyed their investments becoming more valuable.

I really enjoy the aspect of helping investors since I have lost money in the past when investing out of state. 

Here is my story and experience:I started with Susie Orman mentality - cut your credit card 💳, contribute to retirement account and blah blah blah.Very quickly I realized that I don't want to wait for ever to be able to "enjoy" my golden years.Today I still contribute to 401K as little as needed to get maximum employer's matching.

Im just spitballing here, mostly because this has been such an enjoyable read/informing debate so far, and because thinking outside the box is kind of my thing - but were it me...

Of course I'm still working on my business constantly but that's enjoyable!
