I just thought it was normal that my father was always around, not going to an office, but on phone calls/email.

Imagine giving away instructions on how to enter tens of thousands of peoples homes to individuals who should not have it. 

It look like it’s been abandoned for a few years so you can imagine the current condition of the property.

When we were smaller, we setup a relational database and email parsers from each booking channel, and used that to unify the reporting.

You can speak with them over the phone or via email & you can send them the lease agreement via dotloop or docusign for electronic signatures.

Obviously its not that simple, and anyone who has purchased a property knows the get a loan, find a house, buy a house, manage the tenants is much more complicated than you can imagine.

We email to but u know not everyone checks emails.

I also texted them & emailed them reminders to set up there payment method in Cozy several times throughout the month of December (all of our direct communication up until this point is through text).

I imagine it won't be ready for a little while but send me a message if interested. 

As you can imagine this leaves little extra cash to invest in real estate (outside of my SEP which i dont want to do).
